So, we have lots of projects in the works. We have collaborated with some of the most talented minds in this community and all our coding projects have been solved theoretically. We are not approaching an implementation and testing phase, but we need some help from anyone out there who is XML savy.
We know exactly what we need to have done, but we have a lot to do. If anyone out there is familiar with XML coding and is just sitting around, come join us. Any assistance helps us finish faster.

Quick update:

As we approach the holiday season, mod progression will be slowing a bit due to members taking time off due to work, family and educational needs. We wish everyone safe and happy holidays from now until after the New Year.

We started to display ground vehicles, most major ground vehicles have been made, we have a few super units and civilian vehicles still in production.

We are working on landers for ground vehicles. The Hutts have their heavy lander for the armored fortress and a barge heavy lander for all other vehicles complete, as well as an infantry lander. The Vong land all their forces by means of the yorik trema (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Yorik-trema) and we might include a special land apparatus for when ships such as the slaveship are in orbit. Rebel, imperial and other factions will eventually have 2-3 types of landers, that deploy troops, vehicles and super weapons.

Our ship list for space units is nearly complete. We have to finish the Mandos, the Vagaari, 1 vong battleship, the killicks and a few other special units for heroes.

Space stations are about 50% complete. We have a lot of unfinished models and we will be addressing these after we finish space ship models.

Textures for space ships and space stations will start full time after all space models are made.

Ground props and infantry will be last. We are looking for infanty model makers if any are out there.

Our coding teams have been very hard at work. Our Diplomacy system is about 80% complete, planet death had has major accomplishments, nearly all unit descriptions have been written and we have an outlined plan for our GC story script.

A lot has been accomplished this year, and we thank all our fans for their support.
Thank you everyone on the team for the tremendous work and we will continue on with production with a lot planned for next year.

Save game files are specific to each version of SWEAW FOC modded or otherwise. If you attempt to use a save file from another mod the game will crash due to missing files and broken pathways

Our tests show that the game engine struggles with more than 120 planets. The focus of the mod is on the 4 year Vong war, represented by tech 1-4. The Chiss were only minor players in the Vong were and not truly relevant until the Swarm War which we are having occur at tech 5.

We are only including the Swarm War events because it occurred out of the aftermath of the Vong War, and are tied together in s sense.

We highly recommend the Chiss Mod by Corey to enjoy a unique Chiss experience: Thrawnsrevenge.com

I like that you're including the events of the Swarm War though. I feel like that, and the 2nd GCW and the vong war were the biggest ones that needed to be done.

I've kinda wanted to do a 2nd Galactic Civil War mod. Just with the twists and turns of the story I feel like it would be a little too challenging to a person who is kinda bad at this stuff.

Great mod by the way. It really grew on me. The AI was just a little odd on it.
