The Naritus was an aging MC80A carrier. Outfitted for anti-piracy roles, the Naritus featured AA laser turret banks to deal with fighter craft, allowing it to prove quite well surviving against Vong fighter swarms.

The MC80A carried more fighters than the MC80 Liberty/Wingless type, yet suffered from slower speeds, weaker armor and less heavy weaponry.

Such a simple modification, doesn't overdo anything. Really like this design.

I agree, I thought it was called the MC-75 as well, and that it was a converted luxury liner, I'm just chuffed that it's in game.

So I'm not quite sure what the history is about the MC75.... it is true, this model was originally called that by its creator, but it can't be denied that it looks very similar to the MC80A. Since Rigue One movie featured a different version of a ship called 75 (not going to be made for mod) and it is in the same time era, we just went with the MC80A name.
Somewhere in some old mod this model was used as a fan-made MC75 Cruiser (this was before Rogue One was even a concept). That is likely what they're talking about.
Yeah this looks like the old MC-75 but I agree with making this an MC-80 variant so there's no confusing this with the movie.
Ohhhhhhh yeah... I remember that ship now, the bright blue one? I think its in Aotr from memory! If that is the case then yes I totally agree!

Honestly, shortening the wings would basically make this identical to the MC80A reference.
I thought about that, but people were fond of this model and the wings give it a bit of elegant flair....
It's also gonna look cool with the beam lasers firing from those wing gun pods ;)

Yep an old MC-75 fan model, but I like this one better and it actually looks like a Legends ship, instead of fanon!
