Description
A series of interweaving constructions yards and factories, Kuat, a teraformed planet, conducts all of it's ship building along the ring.
Concept: Burntstrobe

Special thanks and help from Enpremi and Seregruth
The rings rotate around the planet with satellite shipyards that have blinking lights.
Enpremi had the genius idea of having 1 section of rings move counter-clockwise, it was a beautiful touch.
