same armament and flying speed as the normal Y-wing, but now including a special ability of Power to Engines. Used exclusively with New Republic 5th Fleet ships.

Model is a kitbash of BF3 Y-wing and DICE Y-wing, with additional details added by me. Texture by me as well.

That kinda reminds me of a Y-Wing like thing done by Arvis Taljik. Everythingeaw.com

that is the same model that I received from Jedi_Clone_X2, but he told me the model was ported from DICE Battlefront, not created by Arvis.

Either way, I did use those engines, but I modified them and added detail to them, and then gave it my texture.

No the model that Arvis used was from a mobile game called Rebels Recon Missions the model you guys modified this from was from SWBF3 and Dice's Battlefront.

You could have at least said that you based it off of a design I originally came up with that was a kitbash of a Y-wing and the Republic Fleet Transport from Star Wars The Old Republic. lol

Also, the model in my release uses the Y-wing from Star Wars Rebels: Recon Missions. I used that version because the texture was cleaner and the model was easier to modify and would work better for people wanting to use it in EaW due to the lower poly count.

Not to mention the B-wing's difficulty to fly.

Description

Designed exclusively for the New Republic 5th fleet, this retrofit of the aging Y-wing bomber was designed due to the need of a heavily armored strike bomber. The B-Wing Bomber was designed to become the New Republic's replacement to the Y-wing, offering more weapons, strong shields and faster speeds, which allowed it to excel at devastating attacks against large Imperial capital ships during the Civil War. The main drawback to the B-wing was that while it was stronger armored than the Y-wing, it was incredibly more difficult to fly, which left a lot of pilots relying on its robust shields to compensate for ungainly maneuvering. This proved fine until the Vong attacked, utilizing their dovin basal technology to instantly drain shields of New Republic fighter craft. The K-wing proved far better at surviving oncoming Vong assaults thanks to its heavy armor and strong shield generators, but K-wings were limited in quantities and were expensive to produce... But, the New Republic still had many Y-wings in reserve, featuring decent shields and strong armored hulls. The only drawback to using the original Y-wing was that it was the slowest bomber out of the 3, which prompted a retrofit to attach supercharger engines replacing the original nacelle engines. These new Y-wings still flew at their original speed for normal flight, but now had the ability of Power to Engines to keep up with the fast moving E-wings and Defender Starfighters.
