Once upon a time a one simple man Yury went for a work. Unexpectedly Alliance intrusion has begun. Yury tries to escape from Moscow. Some people always beg him to help and he certainly agree. This continued until the one moment when he saw (outside of a ring) that the alliance has won. But it any more doesn't excite our Hero, to it the main thing to survive, and he continued his way.

Once upon a time, a simple man Yuri went to work. Unexpectedly, the invasion of the Universal Union began, sending Yuri on an attempt to escape from Moscow. Occasionally, people begged him for help, and he agreed to give it to them. This continued until he saw that the Universal Union had won the 7 Hour War, and the Citadel appeared in City 17. Yet this changed nothing for Yuri, as his main goal was always to survive.
There, hopefully that's a little bit better, though it still sounds choppy. And please, get rid of those Hammer shots... Nobody likes to see work in Source SDK...

Why City17? Citadels were in Most Biggest Citys

He means that there was more than 1 citadel.
Don`t know exactly, but i find it in wikipedia,what Citadel was only in City17.
It's hinted that there's only one Citadel on Earth, or at least only one central one. If there wasnt, the Combine could pop in through portals based on top of other Citadels at any time, so that really wouldnt make sense...
The only time that other Citadel-like structures are seen is through the collapsing portal in EP1. Other than that, they're never mentioned. Also remember that it's always referred to as "The Citadel" rather than "City 17's Citadel".
