Chinese version of Yaodu105 (actually 1.10 by creator), and we are currently working on beta version of English version. (Since this is the first English version, we were actually too optimistic about the system setting and this took much more time than we actually thought.) Also the creator added lots of her quotes during the last several versions and we are trying VERY HARD to get them translated. Please forgive our tight schedule and poor English :(.

In the meantime, we invite you to download the mod and enjoy.

1. Turanic Raiders. Where are they? You can't expect us to believe that only the Vagyr are the ones raiding trade convoys, right?

2. Buying fighter and corvette squadrons does not feel good at all in Trade Mode. They don't do much, die quickly, and simply are a waste of RU's and supply. I'd like to recommend a big mechanics change for them in Trade Mode.

When you buy certain hero ships from the Alos in Trade Mode, they automatically launch Ace-class fighters for free whenever you enter a new map. This should be applied to ALL carriers you get. For example, a Hiigaran Carrier should launch/spawn some Interceptors and Pulsar Gunships every time you enter a new map. The exception would be super-fighters and super-bombers, of course, which you need to manually purchase and which would require supply.

Now you can concentrate your supply and RU's on capital ships rather than waste it on weak strike craft.

3. Shields. Simply put, certain ships in Trade Mode should come equipped with shields for protection rather than just having different armor types (which is resulting in difficult balance issues).

4. I've said it before, but I'll say it again: BALANCE. Super Capital ships like Battleships are too good, while Frigates and Destroyers are useless in Trade Mode once you get past early-game. Bombers are overpowered in damage output, anti-fighter Frigates don't do their job right (i.e. "White Sheep" Multi-Turret Frigates), etc. I do not enjoy having to constantly tweak balance by myself for my own playthroughs, as it forces me to restart a lot.

5. The 1000 Population cap in Trade Mode is too low. You should be limited to at least a 1500 cap or more. After all, those Dreadnoughts take up a lot of supply.

6. Please add more routes between certain locations. Reaching Niflheim is already a chore since there's only one route to it.

In my opinon balance wise, everything feels perfectly fine, for me!!! Surprised ?

1. The old hw2 ships stayed the same which feels kinda natural, if you wanna do more dmg with small ships, please buy bombers and fighters from the new factions.

2. In my opinion this mod is centered around the muthhaf. huge ships, dreadnoughts and super capitals, and awesome battles where these brillant ships just shred through a mass of smaller ships. Someone also mentioned that the auto repair rates of the big ships tend to be too strong. Again this makes it feel about right for me, because of the repair rates, just with combined firepower, you can take down one of these big monsters.

To summ it all up. I think the mod feels exaclty like the creators wanted it to feel like, if u wanna add another vibe to it, modd it yourself and change the numbers for the ships, or maybe try out the fx commander mod, I have a feeling that might be just the right thing for you!

BTW my congratulations and standing ovations to the creators of this mod, an awesome piece of work based on an older engine!

Yeah, they look really snazzy, but unfortunately the Corvettes suck. No damage, only modest durability, etc. Frigates aren't much better, but then again this mod makes Frigates really wimpy if you don't have them in LARGE numbers.

Really wish the mod makers would go through and balance this with a fine-toothed comb.

CoordinatesIntro: The numbers are meant to be the numbers displayed in Hyperspace display which are actually "360°" radius markings but since they left out the "°" in the game, I will leave it out too to keep things simple. pp= pinpoint right on this spot if there is no pp behind the number, you have to search nearby from outwards to inwards on the hyperspace map. --= in this area. >> <<= self explanatory.

all non hidden places can be seen by pressing "T" anytime while playing trade mode, the most top left area is your starting point, easy to figure out the other areas on the map, by yourself!

Beautifully designed ships. Improvements can be made to the balancing of some "uber" ships.

This mod is totally unplayable because the AI is somehow able to overwhelm you within about two minutes before you can get a single combat ship out. This happens even on easy mode, and so there is no way to learn how to play.
