The Xenoforce Reborn mod takes the classic Xenoforce mod from CNC Generals and re-invisions it on the CNC3 engine with new units and new designs. The new armies that are currently scheduled to be in the mod are the Earth Federation, ZEON, the Invid, and the Earth Robotech Defense Force. We also have heavily modified the original CNC3 armies, giving the GDI, NOD, and Scrin a much more dynamic gameplay experience. This mod is NOT FOR PROFIT and NON-commercial based.

One of the new Scrin designs will be infantry with personal shields. I had to make my own Scrin shield for this and am very happy to see that I FINALLY figured out how to make good looking Scrin shields with proper looks and effects. I'm very happy about this.
That is going to lag like hell when you build a lot of infantry. XD
i'd say it looks diffrently from the scrin shields on hte larger objects...
Val - The new Scrin system won't have nearly as many infantry choices to build, only 2. The rest are built from killing the enemy (they spawn from the dead enemy units!) and those won't have the shields.
Mernom - Your right they do still look different, but they don't look nearly as bad as any other shield I've ever tried to do. They have the proper shimmer and a good watery look.
I think it looks better than the shields on the larger unit.
