Buddy, I can relate. I know all about jumping a project (See: SoulQuest/Neocarnage, which is now defunct.) Once I came to my senses, I realized my "team" consisted of a few scattered modelers whose work I'd never seen and I knew little about, i was proposing a full blown MMO from scratch, and had very little to show. I think that you could turn out a great mod, but agree w/ everyone else so far. You should shut this down, post a help wanted on the forums, and use the time while the mod is inactive to gain some experience yourself. Once a real team is assembled and has something to show, we'll all still be here.
Ok, I have a few tips for youm, recepi for success:
1: Shut down this page.
2: Get a team together, modelers, mappers, texture artists and story developers.
3: Get more expirenced at mapping yourself.
4: Get a bunch of stuff done (models, good map screens, concept art etc...).
5: Re-open this page.
6: Make mod.
7: Release mod.
8: Party.
I have to agree with pretty much everyone else. You're jumping into a mod too quickly.
Gain more experience first.
Sigh, oh god. Do you even know how to make a sky?
please stop there so many things wrong with this.
oh, and shotties weren't war gear until veitnam, i think.
WWII ended like two years before the ak-47 was even invented....
Ugh so many flaws here. It seems some people need to learn how to write, map, model and animate before going right into a mod.
How bout work on mapping and learning before shooting right into the heat of mod developing.
Sorry but unless you can extend this in some way its not looking good.
lol why dont you make the ak47 to a StG 44 ??
mmmmm the informations are a little poor...
give us something about the mod else!
