A war between the Philippine/Americans against China started the World War 3 in 2012.
The races:
Terrans -> Phil/Americans
Protoss -> Chinese
Zerg -> Hybrids made by chinese forces
Note: The zerg and the campaign are not in this release. They still in development.

Could you upload screenshots? To have a better idea about if you modified graphics of units or buiildings or even spells.
I do not have Adobe Photoshop so I can't open or edit my screenashots because of the pcx file.
Operating System: Windows XP SP2
I will have the program to open pcx soon.
Download Rad Video Tools or old smacker tools, both are free and very light. You will be able to convert images *.pcx and reverse.
Don't worry Kurohige I have now the portable version of Adobe Photoshop.
Just download ALSee Cracked, it's a powerful tool to open kinds of photo and image, even pcx is not it's problem, you can find it on google
