Very very nice! Only thing I see wrong is the face. It almost looks untextured. If it is, the texture looks very smooth and shiny. The face should look worn and gritty IMO.

@cinco: The title says "British troop finished" which would lead one to believe it's done, leading to the question about the face.
face is randomly generated onto the model. the british troop is finished, the troop's face is'nt the uniform
Wow, it looks absolutely amazing!
The proportions of the hands looks ridiculously large and some of the phong (I assume it's phong anyway, I'm not that clued up on these things) looks excessive in places.
Great work other than that, though.
Hand proportions are fine, it's probably the FoV changes on the render that make them look out of proportion.
