World Escalation mod is total conversion of original Star Wars Forces of Corruption game into fictional World War 3 game. Up to 90 new land units and 3 new factions: Russian Federation, USA and United Arab Alliance. New enlarged maps with a more advanced armour and weapon system. Every gun now has got different penetration properties against different types of armour. You will be in command of different types of units: tanks, IFV, air defence units, artillery, anti tank missile units, troopers, helicopters, aircraft and even tactical missiles will execute every your order to win!

Which one, missile or CIWS? CIWS guns have got such texture because other than this one is hard to spot when you are looking from satelite point of view...

I believe he was talking about the gunfire/CIWS particle effect.
The cannon shells, themselves, usually aren't very noticeable due to their speed. Maybe what you could do, is add a small explosion effect near the bolt, just as it fires. (I don't know if this is possible or not though)

They can be see if you are looking from space to the ground, because they are not transperent to 100% and tracers which are overlaying on dark-blue colour of water can be seen quite good. Explosion effects were tested a way ago in IVM mod, and it showed that multiple explosins in the same time are reducing FPS rate... Lets say right side of Admiral Kuznecov has got 11 gatling CIWS in total, and every gun shoots 5000 rounds/minute, that means it shoots 83 round per second, which means, game has to handle about 900 explosion per second only from one ship... I hope you got the idea...;3

Game cannot handle so much explosion, probably we will try to make easier effects for the game engine;3

Description

Finally we adjusted code, so space missiles could be shoot down. It works for every missile and projectiles which are more than 1x1 metres in size and which could be shoot down in real life. With this code, space combat mode changed a lot.
