A mod for Battlefield 2 that focuses on long range sniping. Current version is 1.3.
Features include:
* Modified vanilla maps
Increased view distance, extended boundaries, no vehicles/flags.
* Customizable kits
Choose your ghillie suit, pistol, sniper rifle and one extra item.
* Improved ballistics
Bullets are affected by both gravity AND drag. This means bullets lose forward momentum over time, leading to much greater bullet drop at extreme ranges.
* New aiming system
You measure range to target with your binoculars, then adjust the scope elevation with the included bullet drop table. This means you don't have to aim above the target to adjust for bullet drop, you can always aim with the center of the reticle. There is no setting for horizontal lead. * Adjusted scoring system
Your kills are rated based on hit region, target distance, target speed and target stance.
* Multiple game modes with in-game voting system
Target Practice. Shoot the explosive barrels to get a feel for the aiming system.
Team Deathmatch. Shoot the other team while assisting your own.
Free For All Deathmatch. Shoot ALL the other players.

A question if I may, do this work on extracted game folder? (not really installed, I just RAR'd it in my computer) And, do I need a steam account? Or would registering using the game work? I need help guys. I'm tired of shooting AI's down. Any pointers/hints, guides would mean a lot. :)

You need to install BF2 patch 1.5! This mod uses booster content.
