Wiremod is an addon for Garry's Mod, which adds computational capability to the physics objects, allowing creative individuals to make entirely automated contraptions which would not be possible without it.
Just as with the Wiremod latest, this is a dummy file. Please read the full description to see what the readme contains and what the UWSVN is. Note, the UWSVN is an official project of wiremod, but the tools contained are NOT official.
From the contained Readme:
Where is my UWSVN download?
Just like with the Wire SVN, the Unofficial Wire-Extras are also distributed via subversion (SVN). These extras provide some community submitted tools which can be used to enhance your building experience. Therefore, you MUST have the WireSVN installed and working FIRST.
Why is the UWSVN separate from the WireSVN?
Wire is a respository-maintainer type of tool collection. When someone submits (called committing) a tool to the SVN, they become responsible for it. Simply allowing everyone access to submit their tools would be unreasonable. Having a developer commit tools submitted by the community and attempt to keep up to date would be as well.
The UWSVN solves this by being more open. WireSVN requires devs to have proven track records, while the UWSVN is more oriented to community submissions.
This does not come without risk however! Tools are not tested as throroughly, and submission requirements are lower. Beta tools are accepted, whereas the WireSVN require finished products. Therefore, behavior can be unpredictable in very rare occasions.
As a last note, this project is officially supported by wiremod.com, but the tools are NOT. If you have a question or concern about a tool contained in the UWSVN, see the readme contained in the UWSVN for the topics you need to post in for help.
Please see the wiremod download page to learn how to use subversion, and how to download the WireSVN first.

Once you have WireSVN installed, see this topic for obtaining the UWSVN.
