As a fan of ODSTs and especially of halo 3's ODSTs, i would like to know if the halo 3 odsts that are in first strike be replaced by the halo reach odsts, or still be present in the mod.
That's because the base anims are actually taken directly from Halo CE, with custom additions for things not normally present, like two-handed weapons and dual-wielding.
Honestly, you guys have outdone yourselves. You're taking the GEM engine to the next level, keep up the magnificent work and awesome progression of this modification as always!
what? nobody likes the "always having your gun up run animation" that makes the soldiers look like they're sliding around? That was some quality DMS work!
Both Call to Arms builds and AS1 builds are still happening.
However, yeah, I wouldn't expect most of the new advanced things you see to be in the AS1 build. A lot of it simply isn't possible with the game's older tech.
is melee possible for coding as well? because every time i see an elite run up to someone i get flashbacks of getting beat to death with the plasma rifle :p

Reach ODSTs are the go-to. Halo 3 ODSTs probably won't appear.
