so, basically, this is a mobile CISW with rockets ? Cool.
No, it's not CIWS. It can only engage aircraft. It has 25mm auto cannon and 8x FIM-92 Stinger rounds.
LAV-AD does not have the capability to engage munition such as artillery rockets and bombs/missiles.
It is however amphibious.
Can it engage ground targets with the cannon?
Unfortunately due to technical issues, it currently is not able to.
But this is a feature that's been long wanted and something I'll be looking to implement in the future.
