I think he meant to ask if such a system exists in real life as well (as far as I'm aware, it doesn't, you can't intercept SAMs with AA missiles as the SAMs cannot be tracked by the onboard radars of aircraft).

No, such systems do not exist. But in theory, it is possible to intercept incoming SAM with another SAM or AAM -- such tests have been tried in proving grounds with successes (i.e. Stinger intercepting inbound ATGM).
The issue that makes this difficult to achieve in practice is the lack of practical sensor to detect and track an incoming round at high speed; and limited LOS rate constraint on most missile seekers to attempt such an interception.
Woukd be even more epic, if he would fire an Hellfire that destroys the AA at the same time^^
