i was in game and i was fly the apche expert version. so i fire the hellfire muit target ability it shot the than ran out and i could not rearm at farp and will not relaod over time |

It reloads fine; what you're seeing is "refresh cycle" bug, where until an enemy is visible, it won't confirm to you that you've rearmed, even though you have been rearmed. Once you 'rearm' the chopper, regardless of whether you've received the confirmation or not, just go back to the front and try using Hellfire again -- you'll note that it will immediately refresh and show as rearmed. |
