New SP version for the dynamic mission with heavy additions including new minefield/guardpost-creating system, conversation-system with new civilian tasks. New functions to buy support, vehicles, team-mates, other things, local relationship values toward civilians and much more (see the change log).

-New prestige value to buy support/gear/team-mates/vehicles from captured camps
-Local relationship values for civilian villages (bad news spread faster than good ones to other villages)
