can you tell me where to find the version of the game that is shown in the trailer, where the old main character and the interface menu are different?

I have no idea, but you might try the Internet Archive, they often collect old software for posterity.

After installing your 2.4.2 patch i got a lot of errors with unable game start! Here is logs: Disk.yandex.ru
I have licensed physical copy of Xenus 2 and it works ok with your 1.8 patch, installed over v1.6, but 2.4 and 2.4.2 immediately crash the game with same error. Only full game folder backup rescues me from endless reinstall Xenus 2...

UPD: Solved! For retail game version need some new and some old DLLs. All links in my discussion with Wesp5 on steam: Steamcommunity.com

UPD: Patch 2.4.2 fix FOR RETAIL VERSION ONLY! Disk.yandex.ru

If you have a game version without Russian audio you need a audio mod.

I replaced some spiders with huge mantises and this could also be done for all of them.

Hi! I don't know if it's feasible, but can you increase the characters view distance? i've tried different .ini tweaks i've found in different forums but none of them seems to increase the 70m view distance. It's kinda ridiculous to have a 400m range on the SVD and 70m character distance

Sorry, but I have no idea how to do that.
