2 word, DAMN AWESOME. I love flying vases and other things flying, and even though it was just a test can you implement more in the future, that would be great.
Fantastic! Gave a full review in the review section, but felt I'd say my thanks here too. If I had to pick a favorite/memorable moment, it would definitely be the library painting scene, followed closely by the stairway scene. Your sense of a proper horror atmosphere is excellent.
9/10, and definitely anticipating the coming chapters!
i posted this comment a few times but if you see this again please disregard. but any ways i thought this was a great custom story man! it took me a while to figure out what the hell was going on in the maze part with the teleporting and all of that stuff but any ways i gave this a 9/10 due to the fact that the game crashed at the end and i couldnt see the ending, i had to go to youtube to see it but alas some times games do that but nevertheless great job i look forward to your future custom stories.
Whoops commented without logging in, lol.
"Thank you man, unfortunately my HD blew up with most of my computer, I'll try getting back to Amnesia as fast as I can."

You sir are ******* awesome. The whole thing was so perfect. I almost jizzed when i heard the music in section 6 which was from "vampire the masquerade: bloodlines" and made the atmosphere similar to haunted ocean house hotel ( dat flying vase was too obvious xD). Btw what was the music that played in stairwell? was it from vtmb too? it sounded awfully familiar :D
Moldy Old World, remade with some effects/audio taken from Amnesia. And yes, from VTMB too :D
The flying vase was a test, like the teleport maze. Wanted to do soemthing new than the same old puzzles/scares.
I made the whole section VI with this playing in the background because I simply loved how Troika did that haunting part. Putting these tracks into my mod was the perfect way to honor thay waaaay underrated game.
I'm glad you've enjoyed it =) Chapter #2 is 50% made but I've got a lot of stuff going on in my life atm and way less time than before so it'll take soem time, unfortunately :<
To the creator of this custom story; This is truly one of my favorite custom stories that I have ever played. Is there any chance of you possibly fixing the flickering overlapping textures throughout this story? And things like the footprints you can see on the ceiling in one of the hallways? If these graphical glitches were fixed this story would be just about perfect. I really enjoyed it.
Already fixed most of texture flickers, some are impossible to fix though because they'll flicker somewhere else while clipping with some other planes.
The footprints on the ceiling are meant to be that way.
Thank you for the feedback, I'm glad you've enjoyed it :D
I really liked this custom story. I feasted my eyes on the first location especially, a lot of items to pick up and play with, logical furniture setting, very cosy. Even though I played a few CS already and the main Amnesia story a few times, when I encountered the first real monsters in here, the panicky feeling came all over me ;) The mood is great in general, the maze puzzle took me some time, I almost ragequit... But then I was "Awww yeah!" when I realized how simple it was -.- The Office was fun, I'd never believe I'd be so grateful to a sledgehammer :D And the descent down the stairs was really good, with blood, slime and a Suitor just passing by :D
Some negative points:
- grunt's feet in the Office? I was like: WTF?
- The other destructible wall, leading out of the map?
