URWLENB FO3 is a weather and lighting color overhaul mod for Fallout 3 and makes the Fallout world beautiful and lighting and colors realistic.
It removes the green tint and changes all the colors and lighting, also included is a file that changes interior lighting thouroughly.
It adds all new high quality cloudlayers, every single weather has unique clouds and colorscheme.

You can now enable/disable each individual weather in the climate weather cycle, this means that you have total control over the weathers that are chosen by the game in the climate, so you can construct your own climate.

URWLENB FO3

The sandstorm/snow/special moods can also be enabled in the normal climate so it gets chosen randomly by the game's weather engine, alternately you can leave the scriptroutine running also to make sure you see these weathers as often as you set them in the frequency menu.

you can choose any combination of special weathers in the menu, so you can switch off snow and leave duststorms and rain on, or any other combination you like.

URWLENB FO3

don't forget that you can force weathers on the fly with hotkeys, the combinations are Left-Alt + Numpad1, Left-Alt + Numpad2, Left-Alt + Numpad3, Left-Alt + Numpad4, Left-Alt + Numpad5, Left-Alt + Numpad6.

I added 4 special moods on top of the 3 already there, also did a indoor clipping fix for ENB.
You have to use the included indoor esp for that, so do not use some other indoor lighting mod if you want the clipping fix (other indoor mods aren't really working well with ENB either).

Mate, you did a great job again. Congratulation. It runs very smooth and looks wonderful with the included ENB. I really like your works.

Played it the whole yesterday. Have put it very last in the load order, before the Error Fixes and Blackened patch, I assume its OK.

yeah you should indeed put the esm and esp's last in the load order.
That is if you already have the latest update with Point Lookout support plugin
(about the esm i mean).

I must say that the rain is really really good. I have only a 3 - 5 FPS drop in the Light and Heavy Rain.

When I think about the F3PRMkI mod, which is an very good mod, no question about that. It looks very good too.

But when it´s starting to rain in this mod you have an 10 - 15 FPS drop in the open Wasteland, it is still unacceptable for me. Not optimized I would say.

Why to much needless stress for the CPU ? That was the reason for not using it.

yep, and as it is now, this mod has far better clouds then Project Reality, i'm also working on snow, dynamic fog and mild duststorms.
i also fixed the stuck raindrops in the next version.

Wow, very nice. Snow is great, the Skingrad I suppose. Fixing stucking raindrops also great.

But what about the issue when the weather resets to the default no clouds weather everytime when leaving and restart the game. Crashes a.s.o. Not URWL caused of course. Have some problems with the EVE mod.

You know, at all it´s Fallout 3.

EVE is a mess, it does nice things but the programming and structure is a complete mess, it is special that it runs on Fallout without crashing to often, i used EVE for FNV and had to reorganize the entire mod to get it to work ok.

sadly the Fallout.esm also still has errors.
I took them out of my install and i hardly ever crash.
But i can't redistribute it cause i do not want problems with Bethesda.

the snow is actually from the Anchorage DLC.
the issue that the weather resets to default is because of your other mods.
There must be 1 mod in there that actually has changed something in the default climate.
If you have that, then that mod overrides URWLENB, so if you have that problem you are actually not playing with my mod, it is shut off by the other mod you have.
the only thing that will still work is clouds then and maybe some colors.
But i can assure you that you are not seeing the mod as it is intended.

If you only have this mod for weather you can't have this behaviour.

Hmm, your new URWLENB mod is the only weather mod I use. With your ENB setting together.
And idk but it seems that it works. I have seen rain, light and heavy. Also the Sunset lighting and foggy weather too.

Can it be a non weather related mod who causes that issue. Here is my load order if it´s OK.

open them up in FO3Edit and check the CLIMATE, WORLDSPACE & REGION entries.
If another mod then mine has climate, worldspace or region entries then that is the problem.

And i see that you have URWLENB-001-Weather.esp, i thought my latest version was already a ESM file, so you also have an old version.

Imaginator is totally useless with ENB, lose it.
Do not use merged patches, only if your game is very unstable.

Always put error fixes after the main mod in your load order.
Just a couple of pointers there..

I have downloaded the latest file again for checking up the esm file but no, there are only esp´s in your current rar file.

And I will try your suggestion with the Merged Patch. The game is stable, I only use the MP just because of the EVE mod.

You mean I should put the Blackened before Error Fixes ?

oh, and weather mods should always be placed last when they are esp's, to make sure they work correct.
i would have this load order:
Blackened FWE + MMM + EVE + Project Beauty.esp
Error Fixes V1.5 - Higher FPS.esp
Error Fixes V1.5 - Fallout3 Wanderers Edition.esp
URWLENB-001-Weather.esp
URWLENB-002-Interiors.esp
URWLENB-003-MegatonLights.esp
ImaginatorFO3.esp
FO3MergedPatch.esp

you can lose the Omegared fix, there is a Transparency fix in the menu of ENB weather that does the same.
You can even switch it on and off.

sorry man, i forgot that the version i'm having right here is far more evolved.
i will finish up the duststorms and snow tonight and post it.

yes you should put Blackend before the error fixes.
but i'm thinking that these error fixes are not for use with blackened.
I'm not playing with FWE cause i got my own game changing mods, but if you would pack all your esp's and esm's and send them to me i can check where the problem lies for you and send them back.
just smack them in a dropbox of some kind and send me the link with a PM.
