I really appreciate the updates that you're giving us.

The work is really impressive. I'm enjoying the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. vibe that I'm getting from it.

Are SURVIVAL elements planned, such as having to acquire food, water, ammunition, explosives and shelter?

Is this going to be an open-world, or linear in its design? Even if "linear," a lot of longevity could be built in by randomizing enemy type, enemy quantity and enemy placement. Resources could be randomized as well, as could be potential concealment and cover (barrels, boxes, automobiles, barricades, etc. ...). Even randomizing the placement of light sources and weather can significantly extend the replayability of a game.

If trading is going to be implemented, please do so REALISTICALLY. Bullets should be EXTREMELY cheap because the high demand will drive production. Anyone can go out and purchase an ammo-production machine, one does NOT need an elaborate factory to produce ammunition. Please, oh PLEASE avoid at all costs the ludicrous economy that's modeled in mods like Misery. Most every facet of its economy is beyond belief, and no comparable model of it exists anywhere in the world. Areas of high physical conflict naturally create economies where weapons are cheap and easy to acquire.

I'm hoping that you're able to incorporate as many of the Brutal Doom advances as possible into the game's structures. Higher calibre rounds should be able to blow chunks out of a body/sever limbs, etc. Not to get too gruesome, but a lot of games ignore the more realistic portrayal of wounds. The yellow color of exposed fat is usually ignored, the caving in of bone and connecting tissue, among other ghastly realities.

Being able to aim down iron/holo-sights would be superb, having scopes that actually magnify would be a great boost, as well as being able to adjust single, burst and auto fire.

Tracer rounds would be very rare as no one likes giving their positions away with such bright visuals. That said, the leader of a squad may very well carry 3 magazines' worth of just tracers loaded, so that he can direct his comrades' fire onto a particular target (he wants to ensure that his men know where to shoot).

Workable smoke/gas/stun grenades that impact AI behavior would be terrific as well.

Having AI that would lay down suppressing fire while other teammates go to outflank would be especially disturbing to encounter.

Realistic ballistics would by ideal, wherein heavier rounds penetrate materials more easily, and could even pass through one target into another.

If the regions is VERY lawless, then currently illegal types of ammunition should also become available, causing incapacitating pain and and awful wounds. Indeed, this could be a believable modus operandi of certain factions. A faction may be particularly hated because it uses ammunition that is excessively cruel. No one likes watching their best friend die, but it's even worse if he dies from prolonged agony.

Body posture that affects stamina recovery, weapon accuracy and stealth would also be a huge plus. Please note, I'm always dismayed at games that have a player who's stamina recovery is quicker if they're crouching or prone. This is complete nonsense. The quickest way to recover stamina is by STANDING still, as it maximizes air intake into the lungs. Any other posture compresses the lungs and reduces the rate at which one can recover.

Also, a person who is wearing combat gear is NOISY. It'd be great if we could hear the bouncing and rubbing of this gear as the player and other AI moves.

The visuals look great. I really enjoy the aesthetics.

Yes for sure the player will have to find food, water, munitions & weapons. All these things are randomly spawned of course for a better vibe!

No because since the Doom Engine is not really made for that all levels will be interconected like in HALF-LIFE 1 where you you can go back to previous maps!

Yes this is for sure an important part of the project so WASTELAND have his proper GORE System because No Violence = No Fun! ;)

Actually the A.I. in WASTELAND have footsteps sounds and of course a system to let you hear their gear!

The latest images that you've supplied look GREAT! Tracker-mutant-dogs? Whoa!

As much as I love the STALKER series, the one regret that I have is with its AI. Tactically, they can do some pretty silly things sometimes...

STALKER would've been PERFECT had the AI been able to fight as tactically as the AI in F.E.A.R. The AI in THAT title are unbelievably good. It's pretty sad that the video game industry still has yet to match it.
