Warm Gun: The Second Coming of the Wild West

A futuristic wild west, Warm Gun combines the favorite motifs of the classic western genre with the scraps of an obliterated technocracy.

World War III has been fought to the tipping point and ecologists’ long unheeded cries have been silenced by the grim truth of their predictions. To the last drop of oil have the world’s resources been depleted, and only sporadic traces of modern structure can be sifted in the dust. Time ticks forward but humans must retrace their advancement back, through a history that has already been lived and to the Wild West for the second time around. We have trampled ahead to the past in muddy boots, to the United States of late 19th century. Greeted by the ghost of the wide-open country, the exhausted land is barren too, of all the old dreams we fulfilled beyond our means.

This spun western lets you take control of 6 original characters; choose from weapons new and strange and a wider range of modern contraptions with primitive power. Classic and innovative, undoubtedly original, every FPS player will find happiness with Warm Gun.

the alpha doesn't work for me
I can only play the standard UT game modes
It launches the mod's intro screen and stuff
but I can't create a game in the game's gamemodes
neither in the maps of the mod

All i can say is that if this mod doesnt win MSUC contest it is a shame. Other mods that are in close competition with this one are also great, i belive that they did put great amount of time owrking on, but this mod is just something more. Not only that all textures are AAA but the main concept is so good that even if you make shit model from concept is still good. The only thing i dont know what is the story in this mod and somehow i think it is too cutted in pieces i think. But this is just s quick opinion, without seeing the true story.

Hey guys been watching your mod for a while, but truly started to track it on Friday and I must say the blacksmith is looking hot. Been looking at his model from Z-brush sculpture to ingame model and now he is rigged and animated beautiful. His walk and run isnt stiff, and I see the small detail of his assets and cloth moving on him oh yeah you guys are good. Your work is at a level of pro and you dont see much mods on UT3 that show what the engine is truly capable of. I'll just wait patiently to see what new updates for this mod.

Were working super hard to make this come to life...
Its no small feat, everything you will see in Warm Gun will be original content... were trying to get it all together... its a huge mountain.
