Warm Gun: The Second Coming of the Wild West
A futuristic wild west, Warm Gun combines the favorite motifs of the classic western genre with the scraps of an obliterated technocracy.
World War III has been fought to the tipping point and ecologists’ long unheeded cries have been silenced by the grim truth of their predictions. To the last drop of oil have the world’s resources been depleted, and only sporadic traces of modern structure can be sifted in the dust. Time ticks forward but humans must retrace their advancement back, through a history that has already been lived and to the Wild West for the second time around. We have trampled ahead to the past in muddy boots, to the United States of late 19th century. Greeted by the ghost of the wide-open country, the exhausted land is barren too, of all the old dreams we fulfilled beyond our means.
This spun western lets you take control of 6 original characters; choose from weapons new and strange and a wider range of modern contraptions with primitive power. Classic and innovative, undoubtedly original, every FPS player will find happiness with Warm Gun.

This weeks update we try once again to bring a mix of everything...
We have lots of new images in our gallery so stop on by and check em out.
First on todays list is...
The dual pistols for the preacher class character.
These pistols are titled "Heaven and Hell", they are the preachers main weapons.
The dark "Hell" pistol fires incendiary rounds and the "Heaven" pistol shoots silver bullets. (subject to change).
Next up we have a selection of prop models...we have a great talented team of guys who are doing all the little time consuming things and they never get the recognition. So here are a few samples of what you will find in our world.

A post-apocalyptic Western? Sign me up.
I know i said it in the comments on the revolver..but i have to repeat myself, but what i have seen in this mod is one of the most original and interesting weapons designs i have ever seen. Apart from the AK47 every gun have an original characteristic and very destinct look that reminds you of a real gun but still the small touches that makes it look unique.
Very very good work.
Once I heard that this mod was multiplayer only, I was kind of disappointed. While I still look forward to this mod I think that the backstory and overall setting could provide for a great story/campaign mode.
I'm just wondering if the guy who made the ak was the same guy who posted on the gamedev forums.

Tim has been a member of Warm Gun for the last 8 months and offered us the AK to use for the project.
But I thought there are no custom sounds in the PS3.
I cannot wait man!!! im just bored with all the other mods...but this looks promising.
