Warm Gun: The Second Coming of the Wild West A futuristic wild west, Warm Gun combines the favorite motifs of the classic western genre with the scraps of an obliterated technocracy. World War III has been fought to the tipping point and ecologists’ long unheeded cries have been silenced by the grim truth of their predictions. To the last drop of oil have the world’s resources been depleted, and only sporadic traces of modern structure can be sifted in the dust. Time ticks forward but humans must retrace their advancement back, through a history that has already been lived and to the Wild West for the second time around. We have trampled ahead to the past in muddy boots, to the United States of late 19th century. Greeted by the ghost of the wide-open country, the exhausted land is barren too, of all the old dreams we fulfilled beyond our means. This spun western lets you create your own one-of-a-kind characters and unique gangs; choose from weapons new and strange and a wider range...

I can translate it, but it'll take some time.
In short, it gives an idea of Warm Gun's gameplay and classes (they actually really like the work you did on models and designing). Plus, they say you have all the chances of winning in Make Something Unreal.

"TRANSLATION"

“Happiness
is a Warm Gun”, this phrase was once said by the famous Beatles in one of their
songs. This phase inspired by Joseph Cleary, and his main project was started
by it—Warm Gun. First of all, Warm
Gun looks more like a standalone game: the team is big consisting of about 20
people as well as its divided into many field of game making (by this he means modeling, skinning, so you
have all what you need); it has made many quality character models and maps
so overall the work is strictly graphical—all like in video games made by elders
(by this he means that work made by
people who work in studios and sell games for profit). Also the
organization of the mod is very good.

Wild West with the combination of the Steam punk was
already seen in the other UT3 mod, Damnation,
which turned itself into a fully commercial product. But the main gameplay
orientation in this mod is Team Fortress
2. The work has also gone into an interaction with strict specialization as
the chosen experience of the moders will reflect on the work of their
characters. Here opens up the first special thing about Warm Gun—unbelievably
amazing models for each class. But still, if the situation requires naturalism
and harshness, the heroes instead went with the humor. There are 6 classes: scout,
outlaw, demolition, medic, smith, and the preacher. Even the most stereotype
character—outlaw—is made originally. Yes, he has a Cowboy hat, coat and boots
on and always has a steam on his mouth. But the outlaw is actually a female.

The demolition guy is a typical character who searches for
gold. It looks like in search for gold, when he was using demolitions, he
forgot the rules of safety and lost his leg. Now the leg will have to be
replaced with a metal one. The Medic shows to be a native American with a hat
with feathers on and with a Gas Mask so that he wont die because of poison that
he prepared for the enemy. Scout, who is an Indian, is thin while the Smith is
very healthy looking and has a 6 barreled machinegun attached to his arm. There
is little information about the Preacher though. From the developers we know that he is good,
bad, and evil at the same time.

Other than the typical gamemodes like CTF and Deathmatch,
there will also be special ones like the Great Escape and Showdown. The Assault
mode, which is from Unreal Tournament, will be in as well. There is a team that
has to escape on a Train while going through the enemy territory. Their enemy
chases and tries to kill them while riding on a small wagon. The concept of the
mode is still in discussion, but we can expect some crazy boarding of the
train. But the Showdown can happen any time in the battle. If any players
invite someone else into the duel, they will be transferred into a different
location, where they can think about their attitude toward each other.

And finally the shameful killing of the victim from his
back. The more you stand in the back of the enemy, the more of chances of you wistanding
him. The camera at the time of the sneaky killing will show up from the side (don’t know what this means). If you
consider staying stealthy for 2 seconds before firing at the enemy, instant
killing of your enemy will occur. But if we are talking about 6 seconds, then the
Smith will be able to get his hammer with a big nail… and the rest is by text.

For the November there should be the first build of Warm
Gun, but the fate of this mod will only be know after the finals of the Make
Something Unreal, and the developer have a big chance. Something tells us that
they have a big chance of success.
