Yeah it is, legally registered in the UK (And I assume elsewhere)...
No, is not, search around a little and see how well it went when they tried to do this to a novel published in Amazon called Spots the Space Marine. They got their ***** owned back to them. Neither they possees a lot of those terms as Eldar and such.
They do own the trademark when it comes to their own lore, that means I can't go around selling a Space Marine novel about their space marines explicitly saying is theirs Space Marines on the Warhammer universe. I however can use the term Space Marines as I want to as long I'm not claiming they are Games Workshop Space Marines.
