Bringing the Wargaming experience to Fallout New Vegas
After evaluating UE4 a few weeks back, we decided to switch over. Since then Ive managed recreate both the character and animation controllers in a fraction of the time It took in Unity. Both UE4 and Unity are fantastic engines, but for a project of this scope, UE4 really is the better candidate.
Ill now be tweaking the controllers for a few days, gettin em to that sweet spot - something close to the Armored Core feel when moving around in a sweet mecha, with perhaps a little less agility and a bit more ground pounding.
