It's non-profit and uses their assets in their engine, so we're pretty sure they won't have any problems. If they do, well, we tried? :(

You think so? Just look at what happened to Middle-Earth Roleplaying Project for Skyrim. I would stay under the radar until the first release.

"uses their assets in their engine"
Note the difference between this project and MERP using the hint I just provided

If people want to play this Warcraft mod (Blizzard Game) they need to buy a copy of Starcraft II (Also a Blizzard Game). So blizzard may benefit from it.

With MERP the people who own LoTR don't own Skyrim, Bethesda does. So Bethesda might sell copies of Skyrim because people want the LoTR mod, and benefit from that, despite not owning LoTR.

Release a demo as soon as possible or the HORDE WILL HAVE YOUR HEADS.

We're considering recruiting a very select few internal alpha testers in the near future, but a public demo is likely to be quite some way off yet I'm afraid!

Be assured we won't hesitate to let you know when we're a little closer :)

Will you have the orc, human, undead, and night elf factions in this game and perhaps even more factions like the naga, dranei, pandarean, and more?

While we have a number of races planned, I can only confirm Humans and Orcs for the initial release.

these models are from WoW Contect Remake

??? Yes, most models are WoW rips or edits. That's not how we want it, but it's the best we can do at the moment. SC2 models and modellers are proving hard to come by, particularly Fantasy ones.

Thousands of War3 players used Wow models in their projects, nobody was put in jail and no project was shut down.

There was a SC2 mod made for WC3, Blizzard had no problems with it as long as players were required to own both SC1 and WC3.
