The TATW devs have not been much active for years, so any permission may take time, if given at all. A way around it would be to make it a TATW submod (that requires TATW but add M2 and other factions, map changed or whatever), since that would be in accordance to King Kong's rules of use: Twcenter.net

Even if he didn't, who cares? He is ripping off other people's work, and pretending he has everyone's approval. The guy has such little skill at modding that he can't even size an image properly. So lets see, he is: A thief, a liar, and fool with no talent who is coming here seeking attention. I for one, am so sick of these Eastern European/Asian "modders" with their horribly spelled attempts to either troll, deceive, or sell mods. I don't care about their feelings, or being politically correct, **** 'em.
