The Unofficial Patch is a combination of the default Basic Patch which mostly fixes bugs only, and the optional Plus Patch, which is kind of a mod adding various tweaks and implementing a lot of unused content, including new quests, levels, weapons, items, characters, dialogue, graphics, models, sounds and original music! Included are also the optional Patch Extras which feature Player Mods, like shaders suites, as well as Developer Tools, like the Unofficial SDK to mod the game.

This would go nicely with feral themed vampires :)
Shame that it come up so late, like second half of the game.
Makes me wish we could add more weapons, i would add some elementary 'unarmed weapons' like brass knuckles up to a more exotic ones such as katars.
Sadly there is a hardcoded limitation of how many weapons or even normal items can be used in the game. We can't add anything new, only restore unused stuff or trick around!
Where do you get these ?
You have only one chance to obtain these. In Giovanni stronghold, when you find out ankharan sarcophagus, you must defeat two kuei jin agents. One fights with katana and other use these claws. Just picks them from the ground near his body.
