This is an add-on for Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines that adds a series of quests to the game, including one quest specific to each of the playable clans and a quest designed specifically for evil characters. Each clan quest exemplifies the ethos and MO of the clan!

Additionally, this mod integrates several other mods available for Bloodlines, including:

  • Arsenal Mod: Which modifies all the existing weapons to be more interesting and dynamic and even includes throwable hand grenades! Read more here
  • Camarilla Edition Lite: Based on the popular Camarilla Edition mod, this feature overhauls most of the game play elements, including revised disciplines, blood loss over time, new character models, sound effects and more.
  • Comp Mod Lite: A modified version of the Companion Mod, this adds Heather and Yukie as traveling companions.
  • Weapons Sounds Mod: This mod changes the sounds for all the original guns to make them more realistic and interesting.
  • Unofficial Patch 9.2: Clan Quest Mod, is built on top of this version of the Unoffiical Patch, and includes the ability to toggle the patch's "plus version" mode, which includes enhanced features and game play. Read more here

Now that CQM 3.1 is released, efforts can be refocused towards a solid version 4.0. We have big plans for the next major version of the mod, and it's time to talk a little bit about what that will look like.

The next version of Clan Quest Mod, which we've already been working on, will feature a story line involving the possibility of rejecting the Camarilla and instead joining the Sabbat. When the player first encounters the Sabbat Archbishop the story will take an entirely different direction involving a Sabbat plot to overthrow the Kuei-Jin, Camarilla and Anarchs in Los Angeles. This will add an entirely new chapter to the game, including a fifth hub - a Latino barrio, very loosely based on some spurious comments from the original developers of the game. The main themes of this new addendum will be concepts of both loyalty and betrayal. This new hub will be populated with a variety of new NPCs, giving a peek into the clans of the Sabbat, including Camarilla and Independent clans' antitribu.

el tenampa0002

The new hub and content will not be "cut-off" from Camarilla players as they will still be able to explore that aspect of the story as a sort of "mole".

As this project is an ambitious undertaking, there is no projected release date as of yet, but the current target is March 2016. More news and updates will be forthcoming as they develop. Stay tuned for more news, here on!

Haha yea ... I responded on Steam, but like I said there ... not sure what to tell you. There's a skin from another model being applied to Heather.

Thank you so much for this mod. I have tried many, many mods, but Clan Quest has really caught my attention. I have followed this mod since version 2.0 and everytime it just gets better and better!
I was wondering though if it was possible to integrate some VtM: Redemption easter eggs? Like a reference to Christoff if you are a Brujah?

I'm a little embarrassed to admit it but ... I've never actually played Redemption! Surprising, right? I keep meaning to do so, but never actually do it. One of these nights ...

That's okay, nothing to be embarrassed about :3 Although, I would still suggest it if you aren't so judgmental on old games! One advice though - refrain from being violent too much in that game... You'll like Christoff, too.
Anyway, Burgermeister - I have a question if you'd indulge me. I updated from 3.00 to 3.01 ( I deleted the game and re-installed it with a clean save and all) but I am not sure if the update took place. I mean. It still shows the 7.9 patch in the Info menu( even though 3.1 is supposed to be 9.2) and I still have the old models ( because I didnt choose to update them in 3.0) Any idea?
Oh, and it's on Steam xD

I have no problem with old games, I am modding Bloodlines after all these years, right?! =p
Hmm, that does sound odd. A couple things: 1) after you uninstalled, did you go in and delete any stuff in the 'vampire the masquerade - bloodlines\vampire' directory? It sounds like you might have some artifacts left over from the previous version.

2) Did you use the desktop icon to launch the game? If you don't set the mod's run option, you won't be running the game with the mod files, and the desktop icon conveniently does that for you!

leon_shadow Aug 25 2015 replied:

Well, By old, I really mean old, late 90's style game! :P But it still was the inspiration for Bloodlines, so hats off.
2) Man, you're awesome, I just didn't use the shortcut XD
3) Did you cut off some stuff, such as the music selection and the 'la croix online academy' thing?

burgermeister01 Aug 27 2015 replied:

I still bust out my SNES emulator from time to time (all the time), so no problem there =p
I did cut a bunch of stuff, including the online college. I am seriously thinking about adding it back with a patch release though, because I seriously underestimated how popular it is.

leon_shadow Aug 27 2015 replied:

Then, I am sure you'll enjoy it just fine :3
2) Could you add the music mod where it allows you to choose soundtrack in the clubs?
3) Also, if I want to change models, how can I do that? It seems like that I have some file packages instead of the files like models/character/pc etc

burgermeister01 Aug 27 2015 replied:

2) I gotta skip the music part of ce just because a) you're the first person to ask for it back and b) its a pain in the *** to add it back in lol
3) So, if you want to install custom skins/models, you can simply drop the files into the vampire the masquerade - bloodines/CQM folder.
