This mod will be a complete overhaul of Oblivion, so please be patient. I'm making this mod for myself and others to enjoy; and it will take some time however it will be worth the wait. -Features as much as the world as i can render. -It will most likely be done on a per chapter basis so people can play asap. -Voice acting is doubtful, but thats not to say it never will be in the game. -A few other things to be announced later.

looks nice, but this means people will need to have Shivering Isles. Not a problem for me, I have GOTY edition.
