This mod will be a complete overhaul of Fallout 3(previously Oblivion), so please be patient. I'm making this mod for myself and others to enjoy; and it will take some time however it will be worth the wait.
-Features as much as the world as I can possibly do.
-It will most likely be done on a per chapter basis so people can play asap.
-Voice acting is doubtful, but that's not to say it never will be in the game.
