Yet another video game. Though this one is a bit controversial.
Are there game factories?
Grand Theft Auto is actually made in Britain. Rockstar North is located in Edinburgh.
Any country can make GTA (and other titles) if it has a gaming industry.
Does it fire if it's already been triggered by another country?
No idea. I guess not
