-DM/TDM: Fight against other players for more money.

-Tactical advantage: Take turns being the Military and Criminals. The military must arm a bomb in the Criminal stronghold, while the Criminals hold off the military until the timer is up.

-An .exe/.SH file that utilizes debug so players can manipulate the single player campaign (This will be -part of the final DLC)

The official Grand Theft Auto Vice City's Serbian 1.3 beta is coming very soon. Before we can release the public beta, we need to keep it under observation for a bit longer. We are currently in need of beta testers for the next private beta. There are quite a few kinks in the game that need to be fixed, but don't let that alarm you, as plenty of fixes and new features have been added to the game.

Registering for the private beta is simple. You need to send a private message to the user "theNGclan". In the private message, you must fill out the following questions:

  • What operating system are you using?
  • What are you system specs?
  • Do you use the Steam version or Retail version of Vice City?
  • Which service would you prefer to use for downloading the Private Beta?

Before we end this important news update, we'd also like to remind people to sit tight as new add-ons are coming your way! Speaking of which, the 1998 Infernus from Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories is now available as an add-on! Have fun!

Niko's textures are in the player.txd file. There is no player.bmp in models -> Generic. So why this is happening is beyond us.

Don't you think that in vice city is too hot to wear a jacket's like Nico and Speed? Maybe this small detail, but I think it is important to make the characters clothes suitable for Florida weather. Will we be able to see CJ or Toni Cipriani (who is trying to take revenge for killing of S. Leone 10 years ago), or maybe 8ball or Phil Cassidy?

Sadly, 8ball and Phil won't be making any come backs, sadly. Niko and Claude also have alternate clothing, although their default clothes will still be available. It almost seems weird to not have Niko's default clothes. We're saving CJ for something bigger, but that's as much as we can say. Toni, though... Yeah, he'll be back.

Tommy would be quite old in 2010, Claude Speed... Claude Speed? What the heck is he doing in VC? What is the relation between him and Bellic? And why isnt he older than in GTA 3?

And why would we need 1GB of video graphics to run a mod based on a 2002 game engine? And 2GB of ram? What is this, Crysis 2?

Seriously, there are many things and plot holes that make this look like a really weird idea, almost like a troll mod. Please, answer some of these questions to make everything clear.

Alright, gonna answer these in order.

1. You have to understand, this story takes place in a completely different universe. This story says that the events from IV took place in the III Liberty City.

2. We still haven't updated some textures, but that'll be done soon.

3. The relation between Claude and Niko will be somewhat explained in the mod, although not completely. Claude is a mysterious character, so he'll more or less remain that way. The only way to figure out what happened it to, I don't know, make a mod as a sequel to this that takes place in LC~?

4. With the amount of additional visual features, the requirements will be higher. This includes an OpenGL graphics enhancement kit, updated textures, and the amount of objects on screen (Mainly from an IPL).

5. The plot holes are still being worked out. The modification is still under work and it will have everything sorted out. You have to give something time. You can't criticize it because it's still unfinished.

I'm glad you answered, but you need to understand that it isn't just criticism because it isn't finished. I know that it's still WIP, but many things didn't fit in my head since it's really weird and it didn't made sense to me.
