Veama: The lost war is a multiplayer total conversion for the game Half-Life 2. The mod will include two teams, humans and monsters. When the player joins a server, you will be able to choose between these two teams. If you choose humans, you must choose a class. The classes are: - Paladin - Necromancer - Barbarian - Sorceress - Amazon - Druid After you have chosen your class, you will start in a village. You will be able to buy weapons, clothes, armours and other various things in the village. If you leave the village, evil creaures will encounter you. As you fight with these beast's, you will gain experiance. Experiance is used to gain new skills and abilities. If you choose the monsters, you will be able to choose a monster. The variaty of monsters depends on the players skill levels. The player will control one monster, and bots will control the others. After time the humans will level up and the monsters will be able to choose stronger monsters. Original idea by exdeath

Other than that, I've added a picure containing four very early screenshots of the village. You can see it at our Mod Database profile or our website. The mod is taking a step forward, but we still need new team members, who can help us out. Please contact us if you want to join this wonderful mod.

Was this really deserving of front page news?
Well, let's see, it fits it doesn't have any HTML or formatting mistakes, spelling errors, large images, inappropriate content, help wanted requests. It isn't too dominating, and isn't a "we have forums"-style irrelevant post. It doesn't have any invalid links. So yes, it is.
Thank you frosty. ;)
I think its a "we cant make a logo, someone please do it for us" help wanted request
Hehe, yes it's a bit of that and the fact that we want to get more people interested in our mod.
