From those of us on the development team to all those supports of Urban Terror, we want to extend our thanks for voting Urban Terror into the Top 100 mods here at Mod DB. While we won't crack the Top 5, we are pleased to be recognized for the work and support over the years.

This is the first time since Mod DB began running their yearly gamer choice awards the game has been voted in and while the Quake III engine is dated and the graphics are not those of the nex generation engines, many gamers continue to support and play Urban Terror. We are very grateful to all those who vote.

It has been a very long road since the mod began in late 1999 and we have seen many changes over the years as the mod has progressed and grown. While we are thankful for the wonderful models and levels, along some greating texturing, the basis of Urban Terror still focuses on game play, which is the root of a good FPS game.

The development team looks forward to another year of Urban Terror and hopefully more new gamers find outout "Where Quake meets reality." See you in 2008!
