Intro Unreal Racing is a modification for Unreal Tournament 2003. It is essentially a racing game like any other. The reason UT2003 was chosen as the platform is because it already has many of the features needed for this mod, such as the ability to drive vehicles (very important ;)) and the excelent Karma physics engine which could make for some very exciting racing. Features * When finished Unreal Racing will have: * Many different vehicles, all with their own characteristics such as wheel grip, weight, acceleration and power. * Various race tracks to chose from, across different landscapes. * Different games such as Cops and Robbers and free race. * And much more.

OK, firstly, as I promised a while ago I've got some screenshots of Silent Stunner's map. It is still a work in progress but is definatly looking sweet. Here are some shots of it: As you can see, it looks great. Then we've got a shot of an imported F1 map. Mic finally got it imported and looks great.

Then we've got a shot of an imported F1 map. Mic finally got it imported and looks great. The frame rate also manages to stay nice and low. The picture below is just the track, our mappers will soon be adding terrain and whatnot.


Finally, here're some renders of the model Mic is working on. It's a Cobra and is looking smooth :)

Ops, I forgot to say... I changed it a bit to look more sexy... Of course, now it takes less space in the main page, too... :D

now if only i had a decent pc that could run ut2k3 then i'd buy ut2k3 and anticipate the release of this mod ??
