Go Home Camarone is a complete Portal 2 overhaul that is a "First Person Horror Adventure Family Simulator with RPG elements".

The game will include the following features:

- 100% Hand-drawn and unique content crafted with love!~ SOMETIMES HATE..

- Conversation System with facial features, voice acting, and expanse speech trees, as well as speech cacti!

- Combat System with attacks named "Swimmer Swarm, African Assault, Ukulele Uppercut, ect!"

- Companion System that changes interactions with NPC's in conversation, in battle, and when your scamming them out of a sweet deal!

- Inventory System that do not involve potions, herbs, ect!

- Environments mosly taking place in corridors, our color pallet is limited to brown, also expect alot of bloom.

- Three secrets to find!

- No really, there are only three secrets throughout the whole game..

- Just kidding, there will be hundreds!

I am releasing the testing to certain systems, but do not expect to play any of the levels until the final version.

The mod's name has changed? still silly, but it's definitely moving the right way on the loopy scale.

regarding updates: Afnopo, you're falling into the same pitfall I did. posting "mystery things" only you will get. trust me, it only leads to disaster.

the community want to see more of the content of the game. map screenshots. gameplay. while graphics are nice, there are only so many flashy things you can show pigeons, until they fly elsewhere for breadcrumbs. so to speak.

the second-to-latest media (as of april 16th) is a good move in that direction, but only shows a snippet. very small snippets at silly aspect sizes. go for one high-res map, and take a picture. then, post just that image. don't compile it, or ModDB will squish it up.

It is looking weard, but interesting. Maby it will be better to use Alien swarm sdk for more interesting things, that portal 2 can't?

There are many things the Alien Swarm engine has to offer than Portal 2's does not, however it is significantly easier to develop on Portal 2's SDK. But do expect this mod to be associated with Alien Swarm though.
