Unknown is a mod where you are Vladimir Alexseev, a special operations soldier sent in to retrieve classified intelligence on a secret program about a nuclear threat on Russia. You are unsure of the exact location of the intellegence after your helicopter is shot down and you sustain a severe head wound. You must retrace your steps and return to Russia with the intellegence before it is too late. As you breach the United States security you uncover even larger plans on attacks to russia being small steps towards an entire takeover of Western Europe. The exact date and time of the attack is "Unknown".
Unknown is a tactical modification for Half-Life 2. We plan on having highly detailed surroundings and many new features to enhance the gameplay expericance. We will be developing the mod under the dark, foggy night theme.
We plan to have the classic soviet weapons, such as the AK-47, AK-74u Saiga Shotgun, and the Gsh-18. We plan to have 5 categories for weapons, Sidearms, Assault, SMG's, Shotguns, and Explosives. The mod will have all custom textures, models, and sound effects, not to mention brand new C++ code for new NPC's and Weapons.

As soon as i saw the name holymac i knew its made off fail.

WAIT WHAT holymacs little bro is 6 years older than holymac.
Also yeah sorry to be an *** but the best way to learn how to mod is not to humiliate yourself by posting whatever this is. I think you should put this mod down for a while and make some maps first. A good place to start mapping is with a place you are familiar with try to map your home for instance.

Just need a bit of practice and finalization of ideas! It's nothing that bad but remember, you can't rush art! But I hope to see great stuff from ya!
Understandable, but before starting a mod of your own you should get some hands on experience first. Try working on your brothers mod instead of doing this, itll give you enough experience to maybe start your own mod. If you dont know what to do, its not neccesarilly the best thing the do.
