oh ok well any ways I am keep getting a thing saying sever shut down don't know what I am doing worng I can't find the JAR file well I don't know where to go to find them and I do hit the links but they don't work I mean I download them and it loads but when I start up the server then it says server stoped I am not sure whats happening

Hi could you help me, it's not letting me actually load a server, ive created it but then on the console thing i try to load it and it says that the server has stopped what do I do?
