Imagine the largest Warhammer40k scale battles topped with balance for all races. Can you imagine your enemies being nuked by your own superweapon, or steamrolling them with many titans fighting other titans with complete balance? Then this is your mod.

It is a very good mod.
But it pushes the system requirements way higher than what the base game needed for "the best experience". Also the AI seems to receive more resources from nowhere than in the base game; and even the Easy AI techs up faster than it is possible for a player against certain races (with only the minimum win conditions).
