Want to play online?
On Steam-based Soulstorm, simply get online and create or join a game. As of Jan 10 2015 the Lobby shows zero players but multiplayer works alright.
On Disk-based Soulstorm, you'll have to use a LAN tunneling app, such as Hamachi or Tunngle. There's plenty of tutorials for setting up both (and more) in the web, and we *might* put one up as well, too.

3 Things!!!

1. Donation issues, atm. Unlike the previous news where it said our donations account is all set up and everything, ready to receive donations... it is actually not set up (yet) or ready to receive money (sorry about that), so we are still on hold for accepting donations and receiving money, BUT... that doesn't mean you can be a pending donator.

Pending donators are people who are wanting to donate to the mod team for the mod team's hard work, but are unable to send the money, due to our poor, poor issues with the inability to setup an online account and accept the money in any way, shape, or form. We are very grateful that 5 people already are wanting to donate. It is awesome news, and we are willing to keep up for what we are willing to get in the future! We have Amazon account, atm (somebody please tell us how to place a donate button here), and we might get a paypal account up and running sooner or later. I will not be hosting it however, as I (Cylarne) fail at keeping money accounts, lol.

2. Pending donators are:

3. There will be an eventual contest.

A contest, a vote that you, yes you can vote on. A contest between three banners of the Apocalypse mod, serving as our main logo. The contest will be produced and ready sometime in early February, or even sooner in case the mod team gets bored.

The contest goes as follows: The more votes obtained for any of the three logos, will be in the future our permanent logo of the UA mod until any other future contests. We have trouble deciding on which logo to use for the UA mod, and it will be sweet to see what the crowd thinks which logo we should use as our permanent logo for UA! We will be posting the contest here:

Along with a poll to display what three images of logos we will introduce. We will let everybody know on relicnews and MOD DB that there will be a said contest 24 hours before the contest begins. So be ever watching, because we have some ART to show off!

I think you need to improve speed of necrons build time beacuse it is ridicoulus i have not got even 6 units and may enemy space marines got arleady heavy vehicles and an squad of 4 tactical marines and squad of 3 jet pack marines and he arleady captured all points around me and fortify them all why necrons race is the worstest and other races kill it in several minutes ? can you please improve them more to have chance against other ones

Make use of early scarabs to harass, ensure you have 3 Builder Scarabs units building each building. If I reach the power generator limit I buld another Monolith. Necrons are (and have always been even in vanilla) terrible on 128 maps but anything larger I can't see a problem. Remember, Necrons don't actually NEED strategic points.....

Necrons are the slowest race in the game. In order to beat these guys, your opponent did it 100% correctly. If you let the Necrons tech up and get just a few squads out, the opponent is screwed, as for now the Necrons are OP.

It is sure but it is realy too slow to create any unit to defend builder scarab the only possiblity is to build that little speedy attack scarab but they is killed realy fast if enemy has tactical marine and i can't build summoning core beacuse if soo the enemy will capture arleady 30% of map

Errr no. You just need to spam Wraith and AI is almost done.
Here it's obvious. At a moment I got 3 of 4 AIs on them yet they did not manage to push me back

Here it is even more obvious ^^

Only race that whistand such wraith assault are Nids because their structures are very resilient to such damages.

I now started to builder scarab capture points and instantly spam enemy with attack scarab that he can't build army but this is not even fun if i play like that and after that i builded an defense grid on defense towers and monolith but it is not fun to play like that ehh probaly playing as necron is the best only on lan party beacuse against bots this is bad ehh for now i will play with chaos may favorite and wait for daemons race bettwen what titans will have daemons mod

Hello folks, I have a little question. I have DC and Winter Assault on CD but Soulstorm on Steam and I just can Unlock the Necrons and Tau and for the rest I need the Original game but actually cant find it. Has someone an idea how to unlock the other races as well?

You can get free Steam Keys for the Dawn of War games if you already own the boxed versions here:

Then Soulstorm should be able to pick it up.

Alternatively, the Race Unlocker combined with your CD keys might work.

I think you need to find first DOW CD code which you can find online in torrent sites when you look for the game.

Since me and my brother share the same DOW games (purchased CD) on our laptops and it works just fine, so there should be no problem finding a CD code online and using it.

I would share my CD codes but i'm not aware of the problems or risks involved (if there is any at all).
