Hey folks. So I decided to post news as an update as of what is going on behind the scenes of the latest mod version, 1.73. It is now officially official that the release date deadline is becoming a bit ridiculous. 1.73 was supposed to be released in January, but if a mod is not finished and ready for release, it is not ready and finished for a release. February is now half way over and we don't really... know what to do, here is what is really going on behind the scenes of the UA mod 1.73.
The mod for the entire week in a half was on hold due to real life issues and school work piling up on the main coder (Lord Doofus) like a doomsday apocalypse. Therefor hence, no available time is available to work on the mod. But... for those of you interested in precise progress, here we are:
- Changelog is now 100% done.
- Test results 100% done.
- Skirmish overall readiness for every single race, revamped, polished, and with absolutely few balance issues and total refinement; 3/10 races completed.
For the third bullet, this was a last minute change that really BADLY needs to get done and was forgotten. 1.73 would be already released by now, then we got reminded, and did not finish 1.73's soul purpose.
1.73's aim was supposed to make every single race polished and finalized with every single concept and idea ingame ready for the future release of the Grand Release Gold Edition! This is not one simple patch that will make "improvements" to the old 1.72.7 version, no not at all, 1.73 is a full revamp version of an all time upcoming future gameplay for skirmish!
We're just not there, and I'd like us to be there... we are so close. But I realize the impatience and how ridiculous the situation is if we just keep derailing the mod. So the Ultimate Apocalypse mod team apologizes for the inconvenience. This will never happen again, and we will not be posting percentages anymore until WE ARE FOR CERTAIN the mod will be released soon.
We just want this release to be perfect, or at least...closer to perfection! I hope you understand our position, we, I really legit-ly am boggled down on this massive workload (literally, working out now with weights tend to put me to sleep fast now a days) and I don't know how to finish the mod at the rate as is... but I will try to put in more hours when I can and keep the audience updated.

We have explored it all in this mod, and we are not inspired by passion anymore, so by these wonderful donations, well, just look at the progress!
This is no requirement, you are not forced to make any transaction, it is all optional, very appreciated, you can be put in the list of donators or possibly be a character in the UA mod when the campaign is done, and further, you get to boss us around and have at what you want!
