According to this test, I had OVER NINE-- hundred guardsmen around that HQ to take it down in around 50 seconds.
Framerate was very, very low so I don't recommend doing this at home.
Yeah, I'm bored. I should be testing stuff in UA tbh.
I can see a few friendly fire mishaps happening there... :P

How did you do that???
-Set HQ production stance as "passive" (hold fire)
-Mass lotsa conscripts around inactive AI's HQ (using AI dummies win condition)
-Once a satisfactory amount of guardsmen is gathered, select them all and set a different stance
-Watch the laser show
