? Uh maybe you did not play Space Marines recently.
Within the advanced build menu, you'll find an Interface Relay building, what it does is provide ma***** si*** r***** and allows for ma***** dee****** capabilities.
I'm pretty much all the way chaos. I played marines a few times and I can't remember this. Am I right in saying its not required for land raiders and titans? I go for all the things required for support units and don't start building marines properly until after. Any of the fancy buildings and gubbins I don't bother with until the end. If it wasn't for predators and turrets I'd be ****** basically.

Now that I think of it I haven't played marines in the latest patch. When I seen the list of future versions that overhaul the campaign, I decided to wait. Then I broke my install somehow trying to make all the tanks into proper formations :/
Good luck! Apart from final liberation this is the nearest you can get to table top epic.
