To be honest, I thought it would seem legit to make it all shining white. Even though I would have to put on a pair of sunglasses before I get it on the battlefield. She's already the brightest unit in the history of Dawn of War that I've seen.

To be honest, going with the shiny version shows lazyness on custom troop design, it's just like a gigantic Avenging Angel or a golden model of the Living Saint and nothing more. That's why the non-shiny version is better.
If possible, adding another pair of wings would be great to distinguish the Arch Angel from other Living Saints (IIRC most Archangels on fantasy settings have 4 pairs of wings - 8 total - and some have 3 - six total)
I voted #1 but... maybe those eyes via color can be changed from blue to something else. ^^
