I find the title pretty self explanatory but i wanted to know the opinions of other UA players on the matter i personally think it would be a great help to imperial and chaos SM armies as only having the slow as hell building titans that are honestly under powered (generals body guard un upgraded VS a csm demon prince and a couple of diffilers and the titan lost) so like i said i would like to know what other players thought of this. and a second though what about putting them as their own faction with various knights and loadouts being unlocked in teir ups with the basic support units of guard like guys as it says they have a point capture guys granted a knight can capture objectives in table top so who knows.

I love the knights. I want one.

But yeah, IG could use a melee heavy for the late game. SOB and IDH are already covered, SM I'm less sure of.

though i agree that they don't have a late game melee heavy guy but they have an obscene amounts of fire power capable of killing even titans in a few seconds. I still believe we could so have the knight houses as a separate faction so we could make the knights as good as they are and not have to nerf them to not make the IG for example to powerful. And considering each house has it's own army besides the knights that fall under the pdf profile but can be deployed in the crusades of vengeance that houses go on so though they still have sp units most fighting will be done by the knights. but that is just my reasoning but really i may want them as a separate faction and would prefer them as that i really would like to see them just in the game.

I picked "knights are lame.", because knights are lame.
If they decide to add them, I would prefer if they were their own faction so that I wouldn't have to play against them (in Skirmish, at least).

Here's a thought.

Rather than an exclusively Knight faction (which would be unworkable for a variety of reasons), how about an Adeptus Mechanicus faction submod with Mechanicum-Sworn knights as relic units?

I wish Knights, as an independent faction if possible. But I will respect the mod-developer's decision.

Does that mean we will see Wraith Knights, more deamon engines, Harpy's/crones, Stormsurge's, Tessaract Vaults and so on? there will be loads to balance if implimented, + they are rather lame.

I want knights as well. There is one in a mod specifically I saw called Eternal Confrontation, but the only problem is, it is too big and it is missing Object Editor properties like sound and firing fx.

However I do not see it as a faction... 50% say it goes towards them ingame.

@ Lord_Cylarne I am glad that the modder likes the idea it means their is hope as for their own faction i can admit my separate faction idea was a stretch to begin with so having them be added as a super heavy to either a mechanicus faction or imperials would be fine. and what do you mean by to large because i am rather interested in the mod creation process if only i knew more i would volunteer to help you guys.
