Greetings friends of UA: Somebody can help me, please? I'm playing with the IG but I don't know how my General use the ability of the speech that he said (and the enemies runaway) when upgrade until the level 8. I research all the level and all the wargear, but the icon with this ability don't appear. What I'm doing wrong??? In other two games the icon show it but in the others not.
