NEW HOMEPAGE:
Epos-game.net
Previously known as Ultima Unreal, a modification for Unrealtournament.
# Gametype
'Evil places of Sandria' is a 3d-action-roll-play-game-mix and single- & multiplayer (we don't yet know how many players can play in one 'shard', hopefully 10 000+)
# The game engine
For 'Evil places of Sandria' a totaly new game engine is being developed.
It is mainly written in C++ & OpenGL and will support AAA features such as Shader3.0
We will also provide all the tools you need in order to create your own modifications or even new games based on our engine.
# The world
Sandria is full of magical places and secrets waiting to be discovered - but be careful, not every rabbit hole contains a happy wonderland. Shadows are moving fast in Sandria and you need to be well prepared...
It's been a very long time.
Since we aren't a mod anymore, this will be the last news I post here.
(except when we release our first demo ;) )
We've got a new homepage: www.epos-game.net
Our current internal status is, that we are working on the first "cluster", which hopefully will be released in summer (internal or public, we don't know that yet...)
As soon as we get the content ingame, you'll see new screenshots.
Eventhough you can't see new screens, we are working very hard and intense on it!
(and we don't want to show a render of every model we've created - you'll only see real ingame screens)
Thank you for supporting us with you're (most of the time ;) ) nice comments!
This is the stuff we need to get our motivation in doing this!
Cheers!
Many people have been waiting for this day, we've announced it a long time ago, and here it finally is: our first development snapshot! Please keep...
Today we are proud to announce the end of 'Ultima Unreal' and the rebirth in form of 'Evil places of Sandria'! This means we left...
Hello out there, it's been a long time ago since we've updated the website the last time. We used our energy more in developing the game. But...
Yes! With the Crawler, our first player-killing-monster is ingame and as good as finished! (except the fine-tuning) Within the next few weeks, we'll release...

hi!
we'll keep you up to date here too!
Wow, this game looks a LOT better now than it did before. I'm surprised you guys were able to develop an engine that produces screens like THAT by yourselves. Kudos to all you guys, can't wait to hear more news (and see some indoor screens).
Oh yeah, will you guys still be posting EPOS news at MODDB or exclusively at the EPOS website?
Hi!
I didn't know that there is a stand alone category.
I'll check that out, thanks for the hint!
I just thought that since we are no mod anymore, we don't have anything lost here.
(more or less confirmed by other (not moddb) UT-sites which didn't post our news anymore)
@indoor screens:
our indoor-engine is still in development.
we hope it will be ready soon, but currently our main programmer hast a lot to do at his "RL-work" ;)
@vcatkiller:
you don't have to excuse yourself!
I can understand that you were somehow disapointed and it's your right to say that.
Oh? Before you run off to wherever, sorry for being a snide a$$hole. I guess I was a little dissapointed by the engine change. I really do hope you can pull this off well.
Secondly, you don't really need to run off. You could just contact a moderator via PM (they are highly approachable you know) and ask them to change you to a standalone game and change the mod's name. I'm sure they can do this one thing for you?
Thirdly, I saw some of your other screenshots on your website. Nicely done. I'd like to see some indoor areas but nonetheless...
